I was referred to Flood Rescue and was a bit concerned that they would not be able to help me because it was New Year’s Day. To my surprise, they showed up at my door step approximately one hour after my initial call. Brandon and Chris were beyond helpful. They immediately swung into action giving us a step by step explanation of our entire mishap. They explained the entire repair process and even suggested cost effective methods to remedy our problem. Our damage was extensive however, the flood Rescue technicians remedied the situation and made horrible situation manageable.
To my surprise the technicians returned every day, four days until both of my room’s became livable. I was beyond stunned by the amazing service that was provided during this very difficult situation. Upon completion of their job, they even returned all of my furniture to its original position. WOW! Flood Rescue did excellent, efficient work in removing the moisture from my walls and carpet, which had become soaking wet in my home due to a leak in a pipe near the ceiling. Those who did the work were all very friendly, very professional, also in the way they handled all the necessary paper work. I appreciated too that they always picked up all the debris.

It gives me great pleasure to write this letter in regards to Flood Rescue. They attended to an emergency call I had with my tenants unit being flooded. Flood Rescue was positive and professional from the beginning of until the completion of their services.
They arrived in less then one hour to the property and explained in detail what need to happen and began to work on the water damage immediately. The communication given by Flood Rescue technicians was great. They called me and kept me updated on any changes during the process.
